Ingredients for air fryer meatballs

Ground Turkey- I choose to use ground turkey for this air fryer meatballs. Turkey meat is extremely healthy and inexpensive.

Italian Breadcrumbs-The breadcrumbs are used for taste and help keep the meat from falling apart.

Grated Parmesan Cheese-This is purely for flavor and can be kept out of the recipe, but I don’t recommend it.

Fresh Parsley- Parsley is used as an herb in this recipe and is used for many health benefits, such as being rich in vitamins and minerals.

Sweet Onion- Enhances the flavor and compliments the turkey meat.

Eggs- Are used as a binder in this recipe, but I will say that I have made this recipe without eggs, and it’s still delicious.

Seasonings- Sea Salt, pepper, and garlic powder. All these seasonings
