  • 3 lb Pork Neck bones
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Seasoning salt

  • 2 1/2 Cup Chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
