Shrimp and Lobster Alfredo

Creamy shrimp and lobster alfredo are my go-to, quick and delicious meal for my family.  This is also a great meal if you're craving seafood!!

Ingredients  

  • 8 Ounces Fettuccine or linguine pasta
  • 1/2 Lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 Lb Lobster meat cooked and chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter Salted or Unsalted
  • 2 Cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Cup Heavy cream
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, add the cooked lobster meat and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  • Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well to combine with the lobster meat.
    1 Cup Heavy cream
  • Gradually sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese while stirring continuously. Continue stirring until the sauce thickens and the cheese is fully melted.

  • Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
    Salt and pepper to taste, 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and stir to combine with the sauce.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
