Ingredients  

  • 1 LB Ground Beef
  • 1 Box Egg Noodles
  • 1 Can Spaghetti Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 Onion Chopped
  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 Teaspoon Sour Cream

Instructions

  • Cook your package egg noodles as instructed prep time on the back of the package(Al dente).
    1 Box Egg Noodles
  • To a medium-high heat large skillet add in your ground beef. Allow to cook for 8 to 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Drain meat and place back onto the stove.

  • To the ground beef pot add you your spaghetti sauce, sour cream, package cream cheese, chopped onion, and ricotta cheese, along with, white sugar, and seasonings. Mix well and allow to cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
    1 Can Spaghetti Sauce, 2 Teaspoons Sugar, 1 Tablespoons Garlic Powder, 1 Teaspoons Salt, 1/2 Onion, 1/2 8 oz Cream Cheese, 1 Teaspoon Sour Cream, 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Assemble grandma’s ground beef casserole. To a baking dish, spray non-stick cooking spray. Next, add pasta, tomato sauce, ground beef mixture, and cheese, and repeat until everything is gone. Sprinkle a generous amount of cheddar cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese over the top.
    2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • Place in a preheated oven of 400 degrees F  for total time of 20 to 30 minutes or until your cheese has browned on the top!
