Air Fryer Meatballs (Quick and Easy)

These air fryer meatballs are so tender and juicy. Not to mention they can be paired with just about anything. For instance, my white rice or my cornbread. They are so delicious and packed with flavor!!

Ingredients  

  • 2 lb Ground turkey Your choice of meat
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley fresh chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Sweet Onions chopped
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Cup Italian bread crumbs

BBQ Sauce(optional)

  • BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees
  • In a bowl, add ground turkey meat.
    Next, add Italian breadcrumbs, sea salt, pepper, onions, grated parmesan, seasonings, and fresh chopped parsley.
  • Now, you will need to take your hands and mix all those ingredients well together.
  • Next, take your hand and grab a generous amount of meat and roll between both hands to make a ball, or you can use an ice cream scooper to get all the meatballs the same exact size.
  • Place meatballs in the air fryer and cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until the inside temperature reaches 165 degrees.
