Take your wontons out and separate them from one another. This makes the process easy when you start to fill the wontons with the cream cheese mixture.
In a bowl add cream cheese, chopped crab meat, chopped green onions, sugar, pepper, salt, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
Mix all those ingredients together until you have a smooth consistency.
Lay a wonton on a flat surface and take a teaspoon and grab half a teaspoon of the mixture and place it into the middle of the wonton wrap.
Melt half of teaspoon of butter. Now, take your finger and lightly spread melted butter on the corners of the wonton wrap.
Fold the one corner of the wonton into the opposite corner of the wonton. Once done, take a fork and press down the edges of the wonton.
Add grease to a pot. Once it reaches 350 degrees add in the Rangoon’s for only about three to four minutes or until golden brown.
