French Toast Without Eggs

This French toast without eggs is so good it will melt in your mouth. This is not your ordinary toast. It’s filled with so many different flavors.

Ingredients  

  • 2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Cup Milk milk or buttermilk
  • 1 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar
  • 8 Slices Brioche Bread or white bread
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter

Serve With

  • Maple Syrup Optional
  • Strawberries Optional

Instructions

  • To a bowl, add your ingredients and mix well.
    2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon, 1/2 Teaspoon Salt, 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract, 1/4 Cup Milk, 1 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar
  • Gently place your bread in the mixture making sure to coat both sides. Don't submerge your bread too much.
  • Turn the pot on medium-low and add 1/2 Teaspoon of butter. Add butter as needed.
    1 Tablespoon Butter
  • Once Melted. Place the bread into the pan. Cook on both sides for 2-3 minutes or until browned.
    8 Slices Brioche Bread
  • Add Topping and enjoy!
    Maple Syrup, Strawberries

Notes

Don't submerge your bread too much into the milk mixture. It will cause the bread to break and not cook well.
