Grilled Chicken Burrito

This grilled chicken burrito is the perfect addition to your summer picnic. So easy and delicious at the same time.

Ingredients  

  • 3 Boneless chicken breast grilled then chopped
  • 8 Slices of bacon
  • 2 Avocados sliced
  • 1 Lettuce chopped
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • 4 Burritos 8-10 inches
  • 1 Cup Ranch to your liking
  • 1/2 Cup White onion to your liking
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder to your liking
  • 1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper to your liking
  • 1/2 Tbsp Paprika to your liking

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts.
    3 Boneless chicken breast, 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder, 1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper, 1/2 Tbsp Paprika
  • Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before chopping them into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a separate pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Once cooked, remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.

  • Assemble the burritos by spreading ranch dressing on each burrito, then add chopped grilled chicken, sliced avocados, diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce, white onions, and crispy bacon.
    2 Avocados, 1 Lettuce, 1 Tomato, 1 Cup Ranch, 1/2 Cup White onion, 8 Slices of bacon
  • Roll up the burritos tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  • Warm the burritos on the grill or microwave or on a grill.
  • Serve the Easy Grilled Chicken Burritos with additional ranch dressing on the side, if desired.
