Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes are my jam! The russet potatoes are mashed just right and then smothered into some delicious garlic butter. This recipe should be on your Thanksgiving table along with your favorite side dishes!
Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients  

  • 1/4 Cup Buttermilk Hot(warm in microwave or stovetop)
  • 5 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 lb Russet Potatoes Peeled and diced
  • 2 Cups Water or chicken broth Boiling potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoons Garlic Cloves Minced
  • Pepper To taste
  • 1 Teaspoons Sea salt To taste
  • 1 Teaspoons Parsley Garnish
  • 1 Teaspoons Sea Salt For boiling potatoes
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese To taste

Instructions

  • Peel, wash, and cut your russet potatoes into bite-sized pieces
    2 lb Russet Potatoes
  • In a pot add in your potatoes along with your water or chicken broth
    2 Cups Water or chicken broth
  • Sprinkle your salt and chopped garlic into the water
    1 Teaspoons Sea Salt, 1 Tablespoons Garlic Cloves
  • Allow to cook for about 25 minutes or until a fork can break the potatoes apart easily
  • Drain your potatoes and add to a bowl
  • Add your butter to the hot potatoes
    5 Tablespoons Butter
  • Add your hot buttermilk and Parmesan
    1/4 Cup Buttermilk, 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Mix with your electric mixer until you get to your desired consistency.
  • Add in your pepper salt to taste
    Pepper, 1 Teaspoons Sea salt
  • Add in your minced garlic and give it a final mix.
  • Garnish with more Parmesan and parsley.
    Enjoy
