Preheat your oil

Wash your cauliflower
Small head of cauliflower
Chop your cauliflower into bite sized pieces.
In a pot add in 2 cups of water and bring to a boil
2 Cup Boiling water
Add your chopped cauliflower to the boiling water for 1 minute and then drain
Sit them to the side
In a bowl add in your flour and cornstarch
1 Cup All purpose flour, 1/2 Cup Cornstarch
Season your flour to your liking
1 Tsp Garlic powder, 1 Tsp Black pepper, 1 Tsp Creole seasoning
Add your water to the bowl and mix well
1 Cup Water
Next dip the cauliflower into the mixture, let excess drop off
Add to the oil and allow to cook until golden brown
