Preheat oven to 350 F/176C
Get a scissors, hold the lobster tail firmly in your hand with the tail facing away from you then cut in the middle underneath the shell
Then take a butter knife and separate the meat from the shell
Thoroughly wash lobster tails
Place a lemon wedge inside the shell underneath the meat
Place lobster onto cooking pan
Melt butter into a small cup
Mix in the parsley, black pepper, and salt
Take a pastry brush and apply butter mixture over the meat
Place in the oven on the top rack for 10-15 minutes
Serve with melted butter and a lemon wedge
