Ingredients  

  • 2 Smoked Turkey Leg
  • 1 Stick of butter softened
  • 2 Teaspoon Creole Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Aluminum Foil Enough to cover the smoke turkey legs

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  • Rinse and pat your smoked Turkey legs fry then sit on a piece of aluminum foil

  • To a bowl add in your soft-end butter along with seasonings then mix together well.
    1 Stick of butter, 2 Teaspoon Creole Seasoning, 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1 Teaspoon Black pepper
  • Rub the butter over your turkey legs. Making sure to cover all of the legs
  • Wrap the smoked turkey legs in aluminum foil

  • Place in the oven for 2 hours or until temperature reaches 165 degrees. If you have a smaller turkey leg, check the cooking results at the halfway mark.
  • Take out of the oven then allow to rest for 5 minutes. Then debone.
  • Enjoy
