Prepare your flour and buttermilk in two separate bowl and sit to the side.
1 Cup Buttermilk, 1 1/2 Cup Flour
Place chicken on a flat surface and begin flattening with a meat mallet.

Submerge your chicken into the buttermilk
Next, season you’re flour with the recipe seasonings or any seasonings of your choice.
Garlic Powder, 1 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt, 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper, 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
Place the chicken in the flour, making sure to all pieces are covered with flour.
Add your oil to a pan making sure that the temperature has reached 350 degrees. (Use a grease thermometer).
Vegetable Oil
Place your chicken breast in the hot grease making sure to turn once at around 8 minutes in. Allow the other side to cook until golden brown and the internal temperature has reach 165 degrees.
Take out and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Once done, drizzle with truffle honey and enjoy with your favorite side.
