Ingredients  

  • 2 Chicken Breast
  • 1 Cup Buttermilk
  • Garlic Powder
  • Vegetable Oil Enough for frying to cover half of your chicken
  • 1 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 3 Tablespoon Truffle Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt or chicken poultry
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Parsley(Garnish) chopped
  • Sesame Seeds Optional

Instructions

  • Prepare your flour and buttermilk in two separate bowl and sit to the side.
    1 Cup Buttermilk, 1 1/2 Cup Flour
  • Place chicken on a flat surface and begin flattening with a meat mallet.

  • Submerge your chicken into the buttermilk
  • Next, season you’re flour with the recipe seasonings or any seasonings of your choice.
    Garlic Powder, 1 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt, 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper, 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Place the chicken in the flour, making sure to all pieces are covered with flour.
  • Add your oil to a pan making sure that the temperature has reached 350 degrees. (Use a grease thermometer).
    Vegetable Oil
  • Place your chicken breast in the hot grease making sure to turn once at around 8 minutes in. Allow the other side to cook until golden brown and the internal temperature has reach 165 degrees.
  • Take out and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  • Once done, drizzle with truffle honey and enjoy with your favorite side.
    1 Teaspoon Fresh Parsley(Garnish), Sesame Seeds, 3 Tablespoon Truffle Honey

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the pan with chicken
Allow chicken to rest for 5 to 10 minutes to drain the grease.
