Ingredients  

  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 Can Whole kernel corn (15.25 OZ Drain corn)
  • 1 Can Cream-style corn 14.75 OZ
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar To you liking
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add in your Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
    1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • Next, to the same bowl add in remaining ingredients and mix well.
    1 cup Sour cream, 1 Can Whole kernel corn, 1 Can Cream-style corn, 1/2 cup Butter, 1 Large Egg, 1 Tablespoon Sugar, 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • Spray baking dish with nonstick spray and pour the mixture into baking dish
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until your toothpick returns clean when inserted.
  • Drizzle honey over the top and enjoy
