Wash and dry your potatoes.
2 Medium Sweet Potatos
On a medium-high stove, add your sweet potatoes to a pot, making sure they are covered with water.
Allow to boil for 45 minutes or until you are able to stick a knife through the potatoes easily.
Once your potatoes are done allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Next, Take a fork and begin removing the skin.
Add the sweet potatoes to a mixing bowl and begin mixing(electric mixer).
Mix for about 3 to 4 minutes then remove the blender sticks
Stir in water until mixer sticks are clean.
Repeat this step 4 to 5 times until there is no more strings.
Once done add in your beaten eggs and whisk until combined.

Next, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
1/2 Cup Half & Half, 2 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract, 1/2 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon, 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg, Pinch Ground Ginger, 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar, 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar, 8 tbsp Salted Butter
Pie Crust
Follow The Precooked Instructions on the back of the pie crust before adding the sweet potato mixture.
Add the mixture to your pie crust. Don't overfill the crust.

Lastly, add your pie to the oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Allow to cool for 3 hours before serving.
