How to make seafood baked potato?

Ingredients  

  • 3 to 4 Medium Russet Potato
  • 1 Pound Small Shrimp
  • 2 Slices Bacon Cooked
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Old bay
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt To your liking
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 Parsley Chopped (Optional)
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheese To your liking

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees, and bake your potato for 45 minutes or until done. It can also be microwaved for 10 minutes if you don't have much time.
    3 to 4 Medium Russet Potato
  • To a bowl add your cleaned, peeled, and deveined shrimp and season.
    1 Pound Small Shrimp, 1 Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning, 1 Teaspoon Old bay, 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper, 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
  • Next, add your butter and minced garlic to a medium-low stove-top and allow to melt.
    1 Tablespoon Butter, 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • Next, add in your shrimp and cook until they are translucent. Once done, take them out and sit them to the side.
  • Add in your heavy cream, chicken broth, cheese, and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
    1 Cup Heavy Cream, 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth, 1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheese, Salt
  • Next, add back in your shrimp and bacon then stir.
    2 Slices Bacon
  • Turn your stove to medium-low and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Cut your baked potato into two and gently scoop out the potato's flesh, making sure not to remove all the flesh from the potato.
  • Add the potato flesh to a bowl, then add in the shrimp and cheese mixture and stir.
  • In Portions, add the cheese mixture back into the potato skin.
  • Garnish with cheese, chives, sour, and finely chopped parsley for added color or whatever your preference is.

Notes

Tips

Don’t scoop all of the flesh out of this seafood baked potato. The skin is fragile and can be broken easily.
