Fry bacon to your liking. Chop bacon into bite size pieces and sit to the side.
5 to 6 Strips of Bacon
To the same pot(medium-high), add in your chopped ham. Cook until the ham is brown.

To a bowl add in your eggs, chopped bell peppers, seasonings, along with onions and mix.
8 Eggs, Green Bell Pepper, Red Bell Peppers, Onions, Salt, Garlic Powder, Pepper, 1/2 Cup Milk
Spray your dish with non-stick spray. Next, add your shredded hash browns, chopped bacon, shredded cheese, and ham to the bottom of the dish. Repeat if necessary. Lastly, add in all of your egg mixture. Add aluminum foil to the top.
2 Cups Hash-browns, Non-Stick Spray, Cheese
To a preheated oven of 375 bake for 20 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and bake for another 10 minutes or until eggs are done. Test if eggs are done with the tooth pick test.
