Buffalo Chicken Lasagna Roll ups

Buffalo Chicken Lasagna Roll Ups.

Ingredients  

  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken
  • Salt to your liking
  • Pepper to your liking
  • 1/2 Cup Ricotta
  • 1 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Cup Spinach Chopped
  • Lasagna Noodles
  • Fresh Parsley

Sauce

  • 1 Cup Whipping Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Reds buffalo Sauce to your liking
  • 1/2 Stick of Butter
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper To Taste
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella

Instructions

  • Remove your chicken from the bone and begin to shred.
    1 Rotisserie Chicken
  • Next, to a bowl, add shredded chicken, ricotta, cream cheese, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper then mix together well. Sit your mixture to the side.
    Salt, 1 8 oz Cream Cheese, 1 Cup Spinach, Pepper
  • To a large pot add in water with a pinch of salt. Add in noodles and allow to cook until al dente.
    Lasagna Noodles
  • To a medium-high skillet, add butter, minced garlic, heavy whipping cream, buffalo sauce mozzarella cheese, and stir. Bring to a boil. Remove from stove.
    1 Cup Whipping Cream, 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 1/2 Cup Reds buffalo Sauce, 1/2 Stick of Butter, 1/2 Cup Mozzarella
  • Remove noodles from the water and lay 5 to 6 noodles flat.
  • Spread the chicken mixture onto your noodles and begin to roll.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of sauce to the bottom of baking dish. Next, add in your lasagna rolls. Pour the remainder of the cheese sauce over the top.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top. Place a lid or a piece of aluminum foil over the top.
    2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, Salt, Pepper
  • Place in a preheated oven of 400 for 20 minutes covered and 5 minutes uncovered.
  • Add parsley for garnish
