Ingredients  

  • 4 Chicken breast
  • 1/2 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes and herbs
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoons Paprika
  • 1 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • Top with your favorite cheese. I use Asiago cheese.

Instructions

  • Season your chicken breast front and back with garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
    4 Chicken breast, 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder, 1 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt, 1 Teaspoon Pepper, 1 Tablespoons Paprika
  • To a medium-high skillet, add butter. Once melted, add chicken breast. Sear on both sides for 2 to 3 minutes.
    3 Tablespoons Butter
  • Remove the chicken from the stove and pour it into the crockpot.
  • Add chicken broth, heavy whipping cream, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, seasonings, and cornstarch to a bowl. Mix until cornstarch is dissolved.
    1/2 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes and herbs, 1 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream, 1 Cup Chicken Stock, 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch, 1 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • Pour the cornstarch mixture into the crock pot and stir. Allow cooking on low for 3 hours or until chicken is tender. Once halfway through, season the chicken to taste and add spinach. Allow cooking the remaining time.
