Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to make cleaning up a breeze. No parchment paper, then you will want to use non-stick cooking spray. Don’t miss this step.
Grab three separate bowls. Add your eggs to one bowl, and in another, add your bread crumbs; to the last bowl, add your flour.
1 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs, 4 Eggs Eggs, 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
Season your meat front and back
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour, 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper, 1/2 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt, 4 to 6 Pork chops
To a gallon ziplock bag, add flour season your flour with the same seasonings as meat
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
Gently pick up one pork chop at a time and dip it into the flour, then the eggs, and last but not least, the breadcrumbs.
After flipping them halfway through, pop them into the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Depending on the thickness of the chops.
Optional but recommended. Top with grated Parmesan and zested lemon. Enjoy!
