Ingredients  

  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Cup Almond milk Any milk
  • 1 Frozen mango chunks
  • 1 Cup Spinach

Instructions

  • Add all your ingredients into the blender. The order does not matter, do whatever tickles your fancy. Just throw it in there. Blend your ingredients until they are smooth or to your liking.
