Instructions

  • In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

    2 Tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • Gradually pour in the beef broth while whisking constantly to prevent any lumps from forming.
    2 Cups Beef Broth
  • Add the Worcestershire sauce to the mixture and continue whisking until everything is well combined.
    1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Bring the gravy to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking.
  • Taste the gravy and season with salt, garlic, and pepper according to your preference. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
Salt and pepper, 1 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • If you prefer a smoother texture, you can strain the gravy using a fine mesh sieve before serving.
