Seafood boil

  • 6 crab-leg clusters
  • 3 medium Red Potatoes chopped to your liking
  • 6 Roger woods sausages chopped to your liking
  • 1 pound Fresh shrimp
  • 8 ears corn to your liking
  • 6 large boiled eggs to your liking
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 Whole Onion
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp old bay
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Creole seasoning

Butter dip

  • 1 Stick butter
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp parsley(fresh or dried)

Hot Butter dip

  • 1 Stick butter
  • 1/2 tbsp hot sauce to your liking
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic


Seafood Boil

  • This step is definitely self-explanatory. The only thing you would need to do is get your water piping hot then add in butter, garlic powder, seasoning salt, any type of beer(optional), onions, hot sauce(optional), corn, white potatoes or red,eggs and sausage. Let boil for about 15 minutes.
  • Add in your shrimp and crab-legs for the last 8 minutes of the boil
  • Take everything out and enjoy!!

Butter Dip

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan then add in minced garlic and parsley

Hot Sauce Dip

  • Melt butter in saucepan then add in hot sauce, minced garlic and parsley
