Preheat air fryer to 365°F (185°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, spices, and seasonings.
1 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt, 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder, 1 Teaspoon Black pepper, 1 Tablespoon Garlic powder, 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
Coat chicken in the seasoned flour and shake off any excess flour.
6 to 8 Chicken Drumettes, 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
Lightly spray the air fryer tray with nonstick spray. Place chicken in the air fryer, skin-side up, in a single layer. Cook for 20 minutes.

Open the air fryer and spray nonstick spray or brush with oil in any remaining flour areas. Flip the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F inside. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it cool slightly. Serve your air fryer fried chicken without buttermilk with side dishes. Enjoy!
