Ingredients  

  • 4 cups Peaches Fresh or Frozen
  • 1/4 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener Other erythritol or stevia
  • 1 Teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 Teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 1/2 Teaspoons Salt

Toppings

  • 1 Cups Almond flour
  • 1 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoons Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 1 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Stick Butter Softened

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, keto sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Gently Toss until well coated, then transfer to a baking dish. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Once done sit to the side.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, keto sugar,baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Add the butter, to the dry ingredients. Stir until a thick batter forms.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the batter evenly over the peaches in the baking dish.
