Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, keto sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Gently Toss until well coated, then transfer to a baking dish. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Once done sit to the side.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, keto sugar,baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Add the butter, to the dry ingredients. Stir until a thick batter forms.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter evenly over the peaches in the baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cobbler topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling.
Allow the cobbler to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve warm with a dollop of low-carb vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
