These crispy Cajun fries are cut straight from the Idaho potato, then rested in a pool of iced water, and fried up into golden perfection!

Cut your potatoes into French fries
4 Russet Potatoes
To a bowl, add ice and water, submerge the fries, and allow to sit for 30 minutes

Remove the fries from the water and dry them thoroughly.

Add fries to the baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and mix.
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
Preheat your oven to 400 Fahrenheit
Bake for 15 minutes, flip fries, and bake until golden brown.
Take them out and place them onto a napkin and season immediately with Cajun/Creole seasoning
