Ingredients  

  • 2 Lobster tails
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F/176C
  • Get a scissors, hold the lobster tail firmly in your hand with the tail facing away from you then cut in the middle underneath the shell
  • Then take a butter knife and separate the meat from the shell
  • Thoroughly wash lobster tails
  • Place a lemon wedge inside the shell underneath the meat
  • Place lobster onto cooking pan
  • Melt butter into a small cup
  • Mix in the parsley, black pepper, and salt
  • Take a pastry brush and apply butter mixture over the meat
  • Place in the oven on the top rack for 10-15 minutes
  • Serve with melted butter and a lemon wedge
