Ingredients  

  • 2 to 4 Chicken Breast Boneless
  • 1 Large Onion Chopped into circles like pieces
  • 1 Cream of Chicken Soup or french onion soup
  • 1/2 Stick Butter
  • Slice Swiss Cheese Any slice cheese you like
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic

Instructions

  • To a medium-heat skillet, add half of the butter. Once melted, add in your onions, minced garlic, and cook until softened/caramelized. Remove and set to the side.

  • Season chicken front and back. Add chicken to the same skillet. Turn stove to medium-low. Allow to sear on both sides for 2 to 3 minutes.
    2 to 4 Chicken Breast Boneless, 1/2 Teaspoon Salt, 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper, 1 Tablespoons Garlic Powder, 1/2 Teaspoons Paprika
  • Add the caramelized onions to the chicken breast top and melted Swiss cheese.
    Slice Swiss Cheese Any slice cheese you like
  • Lastly, add your cream of chicken soup. Carefully mix around.

  • Place lid or aluminum foil over chicken. Add to a preheated oven of 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165.
  • Top with fresh chopped parsley and serve with white rice.(Optional)
