Ingredients  

  • 4 to 6 Frozen chicken tenders
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil spray
  • Salt To your liking
  • Pepper To your liking
  • Garlic powder To your liking
  • All Purpose Seasoning To your liking

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for a few minutes.
  • Remove the frozen chicken from its packaging and pat it dry with a paper towel.
  • Spray the frozen chicken pieces with a light coating of olive oil spray. This helps to enhance the crispy texture.
  • Season the chicken generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences.
  • Place the seasoned chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd it. If needed, cook in batches.
  • Cook the chicken in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes, Add, your favorite sauce front and back while flipping the chicken halfway through the cooking time. The cooking time may vary depending on the size and thickness of the chicken pieces, so use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute and keeps the chicken tender and juicy.
