Ingredients  

  • Protein Wrap
  • Hash Brown
  • Bacon
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Ketchup
  • Scrambled Eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. and place bacon strips on the sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.

  • Line another baking sheet with parchment paper and spread hash browns evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

  • Scramble eggs while waiting for hash browns and bacon to cook.

  • Place a protein wrap on a clean surface and spread a thin layer of ketchup on it.

  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the ketchup.

  • Add the cooked hash browns, bacon, and avocados slices evenly on the wrap.
  • Fold the sides of the wrap towards the center then tightly roll it up from one end to the other, creating a wrap shape.
