Ingredients For High Protein Wrap

  • Protein Wrap—If you don’t have access to the protein wrap that I purchased from Aldi, you can use any tortilla wrap that you have handy.
  • Bacon—Fry up some bacon, and you’re good to go. I recommend the thicker cut of bacon.
  • Shredded Cheese—I used sharp cheese, but you can use any cheese you like.
  • Eggs—You can choose shelled eggs or egg whites. It’s entirely up to you, my friend.
  • Ketchup- Go crazy with the condiments, or keep it simple.
  • Avocado will give your protein burrito wrap a fresh, crunch-like taste.
