In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cranberries, crumbled bacon, red onion, and sunflower seeds (if using).
4 Cups Broccoli florets, 1 Cup Cranberries, 4 Slices Bacon, 1/4 Cup Red onion, 1/4 Cup Sunflower seeds
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise, 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 Tablespoon Honey, Salt and pepper to taste
Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
