Charcuterie board with honeycomb is the perfect cheese board. It’s filled with a variety of meats that take this serving board to a whole new level not to mention the raw honeycomb that really works well with this charcuterie plate!

Ingredients  

  • 10-12 Green Grapes
  • 3 Cheeses e.g., cheddar,Sharp, and gouda(I used prepackage cheese)
  • 6 to 8 Olives choose your favorite variety
  • 3 to 6 Slices of Ham, Turkey, and Salami Any meat of your choice
  • 1/4 Cup Sunflower seed Kernels
  • 4 to 6 Long Pretzels
  • 1/2 Cup Strawberry jam
  • 1/2 Honey comb 13oz

Instructions

  • Start by arranging a large platter or board to display your charcuterie.
  • Wash and dry the green grapes, then place them on one side of the platter.
    10-12 Green Grapes
  • Cut the cheeses into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on another section of the platter.

  • Place the olives in a small bowl and position it on the platter.
    6 to 8 Olives
  • Roll up the turkey, ham, and salami slices individually and place them together in a section of the platter.

  • Sprinkle the sunflower seed kernels over the cheeses or place them in a small bowl.
    1/4 Cup Sunflower seed Kernels
  • Add a handful of pretzels to the platter for a crunchy element.
    4 to 6 Long Pretzels
  • In a small serving dish, spoon out some strawberry jam to accompany the cheeses and meats.
    1/2 Cup Strawberry jam
  • Lastly, place the honey comb on the platter for a delicious sweet addition.
