Easy Air Fryer Squash (Made in under 15 Minutes)

This easy air fryer squash recipe is the best thing you could ask for. Breaded, then air fried to perfection. It’s a great recipe for the whole family. I know my family, and I love it! You can create this breaded air squash recipe within 15 minutes with the help of an air fryer!

Ingredients  

  • 2 Yellow Squash Cut Long ways 1/2 Inches
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 Pin Pinch of Onion powder
  • Parsley Optional Garnish
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • To a plate combine Italian breadcrumbs, mozzarella, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
    1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1/2 Teaspoons Onion Powder, 1 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs, 1/2 Teaspoons Salt, 1/2 Teaspoons Black Pepper, 1 Pin Pinch of Onion powder
  • Generously brush the olive oil onto the squash. Next, dip the squash pieces in the breadcrumb mixture.

  • Arrange the squash slices in a single layer into the air fyer and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. If they are still not tender, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley
