Clean your fish
Preheat your oil to 350 Fahrenheit
3 Cups Vegetable Oil
Cut your catfish into bite-sized pieces and place into a bowl.
4 Catfish
Drizzle mustard over your catfish
3 Tablespoon Mustard
Season your catfish nuggets
1 Tbsp Seasoning salt, 1 Tsp Black Pepper, 1 Tbsp Garlic powder, 1 Tbsp Paprika
Take your hands and mix all of the seasonings up well.
To a bowl add in your cornmeal, flour and seasonings. Mix together well
2 Cups Cornmeal, 1 1/2 Cups Flour, 1 Tbsp Garlic powder, 1 Tbsp Paprika, 1 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt, 1 Teaspoon Pepper
Coat catfish thoroughly with the cornmeal mixture.
Add the catfish to the oil making sure not to overcrowd the pan
Cook until golden brown
Place on cooling rack for 5 minutes
Enjoy with tarter sauce, lemon wedges, or hot sauce
