Pasta
In a medium-high skillet, melt butter and add buttermilk. Pour cheese and your seasonings. Stir until melted and smooth.
1 Cup Buttermilk, 1 Tsp Garlic powder, Salt and pepper, 1 Tbsp Butter, 1 Cup Sharp Shredded Cheese, 1 Tsp Paprika
Place the drained pasta into a baking dish. Pour the cheese sauce over the pasta and mix well. Top with the remaining shredded cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, egg, and hot sauce. Add the cleaned chicken pieces to the mixture and coat well.

In another bowl, mix the flour and chicken. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture until fully coated.

Heat oil in a pan to 350°F. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 150°F.
Mix the fried chicken with the mac and cheese or serve it on the side. Enjoy!
