Sautéed Broccolini and Garlic is crunchy, tasty, and dripping with flavor. This is a must-try. It’s the perfect side dish. Ingredients  

  • 1 Lb Broccolini
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • Pepper To Taste
  • 1 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • Lemon Cut in half
  • Parmesan (Optional) Topping

Instructions

  • Trim and rinse broccolini.
    1 Lb Broccolini
  • Heat skillet to medium-high and add butter.
    4 Tablespoons Butter
  • Add broccolini, salt, and pepper.
    Salt, Pepper
  • Sauté for 8 minutes until bright green and tender.
  • Add minced garlic, sesame Oil, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
    1 Tablespoons Minced Garlic, 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • Remove from heat, squeeze lemon juice over broccolini.

  • Toss to distribute flavors.
  • Serve with lemon wedges or Parmesan.
