Ingredients  

Dough

  • 1 Packet Active dry yeast
  • 1/3 Cup Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 4 Cups Flour

Filling

  • 2 Cups Brown sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Tbsp Cinnamon

Frosting

  • 6 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 Cup Powdered sugar

Instructions

Dough

  • In a bowl add in the active dry yeast with milk and let that sit to the side. Now  
  • Now  in a bowl mix sugar and  butter
  • Once you have that mixed up add in your eggs and mix
  • add in your flour and salt. On a low setting, add in the yeast mixture you made earlier
  • Once it becomes dough, place it in a bowl and cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Let sit for about an hour. Your dough should double in size.
  • Once the dough has risen, remove from the bowl and roll flat with a rolling pin. Once you have flattened the dough, we are ready to make the filling.

Filling

  • In a bowl add in brown sugar with oil and cinnamon
  • Mix together and spread on your flattened dough
  • Roll the dough long ways into a cylinder

Once you have rolled the dough slice the dough in 1 inch slices and place on a buttered pan. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Let the dough sit for about 20 minutes before placing in the oven. Let bake for 25-30 or until brown.

    Frosting

    • In a bowl add in your butter and cream cheese
    • Add in vanilla extract and powdered sugar
    • Mix well
    • Smear over cinnamon rolls
