Gather all of your ingredients
Cut your mozzarella sticks into four pieces
Mozzarella sticks
In a bowl add in your meat
2 Lb Lean Turkey Meat or Ground beef
Add all of your ingredients to the bowl
1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs, 1 Tsp Dried Parsley or fresh parsley, 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp Black Pepper, 1/2 Tbsp Creole Seasoning, 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning, 1 egg, ½ Cup Onion
Take your hand and mix everything together until we’ll combined.
Grab about a tablespoon of meat and begin to flatten in the palm of your hand.
Place a piece of your mozzarella cheese stick in the middle along with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.

Begin to form the meat into a circle(meatball)
In a pan on medium heat add in your butter and olive oil.
1 Tbsp Butter, 1 Tsp Olive oil
Once the butter is melted add your meatballs to the pan and allow them to cook for 2 to 3 minutes then take a fork and flip to another side to brown for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add in your spaghetti sauce and seasoning to taste.
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp Black Pepper, 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt, Spaghetti sauce, 1 Tsp Sugar, 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
Place a lid over the pan and allow to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until the inside of the meatballs are cooked. There you have it mozzarella stuffed meatballs.
