How to make Cheese stuffed meatballs

The step to this recipe for Cheese stuffed meatballs is so simple for any level of cook. Here are the steps.

  • Gather all of your ingredients
  • Cut your mozzarella stick into 4 pieces
  • In a bowl, add your meat
  • Add all of your ingredients to the bowl (Breadcrumbs, dried parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, sea salt, creole seasoning, Italian seasoning, and onion)
  • Take your hand and mix everything until well combined.
  • Grab a tablespoon of meat and flatten it in your hand’s palm.
  • Place a piece of your mozzarella cheese stick in the middle and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. This is how you will form your cheese-stuffed meatballs.
  • Begin to form ground or turkey meat into a circle(meatball)
  • In a pan on medium heat, add your butter and olive oil.
  • Once the butter is melted, add your meatballs to the pan and allow them to cook for 2 to 3 minutes; then, take a fork and flip to another side to brown for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add in your spaghetti sauce.
  • Place a lid over the pan and allow to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until the inside of the meatballs are cooked. There you have it, stuffed meatballs.

  • 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Tsp Dried Parsley or fresh parsley

  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Creole Seasoning
  • 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tsp Olive oil
  • Mozzarella sticks
  • 2 Cups Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ Cup Onion Chopped

Spaghetti Sauce

  • Spaghetti sauce Your favorite..I used Newman's Own Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Gather all of your ingredients
  • Cut your mozzarella sticks into four pieces
