Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Make sure they are similar in size for even baking.

In a large bowl, add water along with ice and allow your potatoes to soak for 30 minutes.

Remove, dry wedges and combine olive oil and seasonings to them and mix well.
2 to 4 Large Potatoes, 2 Tablespoons Butter, 1 Tablespoons Garlic powder, 1 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning, 1 Teaspoon Paprika, Salt and Pepper, 1 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Place the coated potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they are not touching each other.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
Melt butter, add parsley and pour over the wedges.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the wedges and serve.
