Baked parmesan potato wedges are crispy, crunchy on the outside, and savory and tender on the inside. They are perfectly roasted and can be paired with a juicy turkey burger!

Potato Wedges

I made crunchy, textured roasted potato wedges sprinkled with Italian seasoning, black pepper, paprika, and some salt. I tossed them in a bed of buttery, parsley, and Parmesan sauce, and it didn’t disappoint. All I can say is there’s no need to eat out anymore when you have these homemade savory goodies!

Ingredients For Baked Potato Wedges

  • Russet Potatoes— I love roasting or baking these somewhat homemade French fries with them. Unlike white and Yukon, they hold their shape.
  • Parmesan Cheese adds an insane amount of flavor to your wedges! So, I can understand this recipe’s being rather time-consuming. It’s honestly work every minute, in my opinion.
  • Butter—I can always count on butter to add an extra layer of deliciousness. It’s melted and mixed with freshly chopped parsley.
  • Seasonings: I went simple on things. A little seasoning goes a long way regarding the golden, crispy skin.

How To Make Baked Parmesan Potato Wedges

Clean, rinse, and cut your russet potatoes into wedges, leaving the skin on.

Add them to a large bowl along with melted butter and seasonings. Mix everything up nicely.

Place onto a baking sheet and pop them in the oven until done.

Melt butter along with chopped parsley and drizzle over the drummettes. Toss well, and there you have it: baked Parmesan potato wedges.
