Clean, rinse, and cut your russet potatoes into wedges, leaving the skin on.
Add them to a large bowl along with melted butter and seasonings. Mix everything up nicely.
Place onto a baking sheet and pop them in the oven until done.

- 2 to 4 Large Potatoes
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese Grated
- 1 Tablespoons Garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
- Fresh parsley
- Water
- Ice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Make sure they are similar in size for even baking.2 to 4 Large Potatoes
- In a large bowl, add water along with ice and allow your potatoes to soak for 30 minutes.Water, Ice
