Bell Pepper Egg Bites

These easy bell pepper egg bites are a great way to get an easy high-protein breakfast. The simple ingredients such as red bell pepper, eggs, breakfast sausage, and veggies all form the perfect little egg bites for those busy mornings. Pair them with a salad or jazz things up with some hot sauce. Starbucks look out!

Ingredients  

  • 4 to 6 Large Eggs
  • 1 to 2 Sausage Links Chopped (Favorite breakfast sausage)
  • 1/4 Cup Red Bell Pepper
  • Salt To your liking
  • Garlic Powder To you liking
  • Black pepper To you liking
  • Cooking spray or Butter

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Grease your muffin tin with cooking spray.

  • In a bowl mix together all of the ingredients.
    4 to 6 Large Eggs, 1 to 2 Sausage Links, 1/4 Cup Red Bell Pepper, Salt, Garlic Powder, Black pepper
  • Pour the egg mixture to the muffin tin at about 3/4 full. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the top is slightly browned.
