How To Make Egg Bites?

To medium-high heat skillet begin to sear your sausage pieces until golden brown. 

Whisk together the eggs in a large bowl and the remaining ingredients. Add the cooking spray to your cupcake containers with nonstick cooking spray.

Add the mixture to the pan ensuring not to let things overflow. Bake in the center of the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

  • 4 to 6 Large Eggs
  • 1 to 2 Sausage Links Chopped (Favorite breakfast sausage)
  • 1/4 Cup Red Bell Pepper
  • Salt To your liking
  • Garlic Powder To you liking
  • Black pepper To you liking
  • Cooking spray or Butter

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Grease your muffin tin with cooking spray.
