Grab a tablespoon of meat and flatten it in your hand's palm. Place a piece of your mozzarella cheese stick in the middle and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. This is how you will form your cheese-stuffed meatballs. Begin to form ground or turkey meat into a circle(meatball)
Add butter and olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add the meatballs to the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then, flip them to another side to brown for 2 to 3 minutes using a fork.

Add in spaghetti sauce. Place a lid over the pan and place into a preheated oven of 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
