Cheesy Turkey & Bacon Croissant

My cheesy turkey & bacon croissant sandwich is made with crispy bacon, seared turkey meat, and, last but not least, that good old Swiss cheese! This goodie takes all of 20 minutes. Man, I'm getting excited just talking about it!

Ingredients  

  • Turkey Meat
  • 8 Slices Bacon Cooked
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter Softened
  • 2 Eggs Beaten scrambled to your liking
  • 4 Large Croissants Split in half
  • 1/4 Cups Mayonnaise
  • 4 to 6 Slices Swiss Cheese
  • Red Onions Optional
  • Honey
  • Salt To your liking
  • Pepper To your liking

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook eggs to your liking.
    2 Eggs Beaten, Salt, Pepper
  • Cut your croissants in half and spread a generous amount of butter.
    4 Large Croissants Split in half, 2 Tablespoons Butter Softened
  • Now it's time to assemble. First, spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each croissant.
    1/4 Cups Mayonnaise
  • Layer ingredients onto croissants and close.
    Turkey Meat, 8 Slices Bacon Cooked, 2 Eggs Beaten, 4 to 6 Slices Swiss Cheese, Red Onions
  • Add on a baking sheet and drizzle with a generous amount of honey. Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.

  • Let cool slightly, and enjoy your delicious croissant!
