Anywho, I’m going to make a similar version but with croissants! This recipe can be paired with any of your favorite chips or one of my favorites: potato wedges. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly way to spice up your morning breakfast, this is definitely the one.

Ingredients For Cheesy Turkey & Bacon Croissant

·      Turkey Meat—You can buy fresh, organic turkey slices from places like Trader Joe’s.

·      Swiss Cheese- Smoked or regular tastes just as good.

·      Croissants: Don’t go to the store and forget the main ingredient. This will elevate this turkey bacon croissant sandwich!

·      Butter—This will make your bread nice and toasty. You don’t want to skip this step.

·      Mayonnaise—I’m a big fan of mayo, especially the Duke brand. If you don’t like it, simply omit it or add your favorite condiments.

·      Bacon- Go for the thicker pack of bacon. The bacon will add more texture and give you the ultimate crunch!

·      Eggs- Use large eggs and scramble them to your liking.

How To Make  Croissant Sandwich?

1.    Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2. Cut your croissants in half and spread a generous amount of butter.

2.    Scramble the eggs to your liking in a pan with salt and pepper until cooked.

3.    Now it’s time to assemble. First, spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each croissant.

4.    Layer turkey, cheese, cooked bacon, and scrambled eggs on top.

5. Place the top half of the croissant on.

6. Add on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.

7. Let cool slightly, and enjoy your delicious croissant!

Variations

·      not a fan of turkey; you can go with ham, chicken breast, roast, salami, or even tuna.

·      If you don’t have the cheese on hand. Use any that you have.

·      Get creative with the condiments and use mustard, ketchup, or honey.

·      With the eggs, you can scramble to your liking and even get creative by adding different spices and seasonings.

·      Another great way to customize this recipe is to add onions and mushrooms—they add the ultimate texture and flavor.

·      If you’re not a fan of processed deli meats, you can go for things like the shredded chicken breast that already comes pre-cooked.

  • Turkey Meat
  • 8 Slices Bacon Cooked
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter Softened
  • 2 Eggs Beaten scrambled to your liking
  • 4 Large Croissants Split in half
  • 1/4 Cups Mayonnaise
  • 4 to 6 Slices Swiss Cheese
  • Red Onions Optional
  • Honey
  • Salt To your liking
  • Pepper To your liking

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook eggs to your liking.
    2 Eggs Beaten, Salt, Pepper
  • Cut your croissants in half and spread a generous amount of butter.
    4 Large Croissants Split in half, 2 Tablespoons Butter Softened
  • Now it’s time to assemble. First, spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each croissant.
    1/4 Cups Mayonnaise
  • Layer ingredients onto croissants and close.
    Turkey Meat, 8 Slices Bacon Cooked, 2 Eggs Beaten, 4 to 6 Slices Swiss Cheese, Red Onions
  • Add on a baking sheet and drizzle with a generous amount of honey. Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
