Rinse and drain the chickpeas.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion.
1/2 Cup Cucumber, 1/2 Cup Tomatoes, 1/2 Cup Red Onion
Add the cilantro leaves and gently toss everything together.
3 Tablespoons Cilantro leaves
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, and the seasoning ingredients.
1 Tablespoon Olive oil, Juice of half a Lime
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to coat all the ingredients.
Let the salad sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Black pepper, Salt, Black salt (a hint), Chaat masala, and a dash of Red chili powder for seasoning
Serve the chickpea salad as a side dish or a light meal.
