Crown Royal Cookies

Crown royal cookies are a classic combination and a definite game changer! They are mixed up together in a large bowl with unsalted butter, chocolate chips, and brown sugar.

Ingredients  

  • 3 1/4 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon Extract
  • 1 Teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 1/3 Cups Unsalted Butter Softened
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 Cups Crown Royal
  • 1 Cup Marshmallows
  • 1/2 Cups Pecans Chopped
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar

Instructions

  • To a bowl add in all of your dry ingredients. Blend together well on low speed. All purpose flour, salt, and baking powder.

  • To a separate bowl add your softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Start blending and while doing so add in your eggs, lemon extract, and crown royal. Blend things together well.

  • Next, add the flour mixture into the bowl and blend together well.

  • Fold in your marshmallows, pecans, and chocolate to the bowl. Take a spatula and fold everything into the mixture.
    1 Cup Marshmallows, 1/2 Cups Pecans, 1 Cup Chocolate Chips

  • Scoop a rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared cookie sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Add a couple extra pieces of chocolate chips and marshmallow before placing them in the oven.

  • Let chill for 45 minutes then bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes or until the edges of the cookies turn brown.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy your delicious soft cookie.
