Preheat your oven to 425°F
In a small bowl, mix together seasonings.
1 Teaspoon Garlic powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Pepper, 1 Teaspoon Paprika, 1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme, 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Pat dry with a paper towel.
In a separate bowl, combine the olive oil and melted butter.
2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
Generously rub the butter and olive oil mixture over the chicken thighs front to back.
4 Chicken Thighs
Next, rub in the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
Place the chicken thighs in the preheated oven for an average of 35-40 minutes, or until the the skin is crispy.
