Deliciously Tender Baked Chicken Thighs

My easy and incredibly Juicy Baked chicken thighs made with simple ingredients such as olive oil, melted butter, and lemon pepper! They are protein-packed and pair well with my oven-roasted potatoes or my air fryer sweet potatoes!

Ingredients  

  • 4 Chicken Thighs Bone-In, Skin On
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F
  • In a small bowl, mix together seasonings.
    1 Teaspoon Garlic powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Pepper, 1 Teaspoon Paprika, 1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme, 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Pat dry with a paper towel.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the olive oil and melted butter.
    2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • Generously rub the butter and olive oil mixture over the chicken thighs front to back.

  • Next, rub in the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
  • Place the chicken thighs in the preheated oven for an average of 35-40 minutes, or until the the skin is crispy.
